1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ajili," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to ajili Casino and the website accessible at ajili.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on ajili or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ajili through which the Player accesses games and services.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, table games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by ajili to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their ajili Account using approved payment methods.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ajili website, registering an Account, or using any service provided by ajili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ajili Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ajili Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ajili. You are advised to save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ajili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ajili is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ajili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ajili or any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ajili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on ajili. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ajili Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ajili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ajili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ajili support immediately.

ajili reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration information is false, incomplete, or provided in bad faith.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ajili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

All transactions on ajili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ajili may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

ajili processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. ajili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. ajili does not charge deposit fees, but withdrawal fees may apply in certain circumstances as disclosed in the Account dashboard.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ajili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded to your ajili Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

ajili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account where the wagering requirements are actively being met in good faith.

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms through collusion or matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated game contribution rates for the applicable promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All Games available on ajili are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any Game before placing real money wagers. ajili accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

ajili's Games are supplied by certified software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each Game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ajili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the Player's position to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. ajili's decision in such matters is final.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment. These results are final and binding once the game round is closed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ajili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of ajili.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in Games for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the ajili Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. ajili is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ajili staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ajili Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ajili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ajili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ajili Platform without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ajili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ajili implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage protocols, to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and ajili cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

ajili may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law and will not constitute a breach of ajili's privacy obligations to you.

11. Responsible Gaming

ajili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ajili Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ajili Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

ajili strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source, subject to verification.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, ajili encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.

Players who have self-excluded from ajili must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Any Account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ajili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ajili Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ajili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ajili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ajili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ajili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ajili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your ajili Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

ajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ajili reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, ajili reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ajili may forfeit the Account balance in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ajili Platform, you agree to first contact ajili's support team to seek an informal resolution. ajili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ajili will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ajili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at ajili.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
